I told him at the beginning that I didn’t have a lot of time since I was headed out of town and he respected that and got tight to work on my deal. I was pleased and even surprised they took my clunker in on trade. Once we agreed on the numbers David immediately went to work getting the vehicle prepped and introduced me to Mikael Hays in the finance department who is also a gentleman and a professional. He explained fine print and made some suggestions about service agreements, but was never pushy or heavy-handed.
