Service person, Chris Tucker, was terrific. The woman in the recall department, Kathy, was great too. Work performed: 2 recalls (water pump and software), 6 wheel tire rotation, wheel alignment, oil change and front / rear axle service. Would have like to have the truck rinsed before pickup. Had it been available I would have paid to get a cleaned or detailed truck before pickup. Dealer can provide my name and number to any customer for verification. More
