Paying almost 100 for oil change and I just realized the service adviser and tech. Used the wrong oil for my hemi challenger. Why in the world use blend oil instead of full synthetic? I ask to speak with the service manager I got hung up instead. This is ridiculous I'm paying premium prices for cheap oil change. I will not buy or do any service with huffines again. More

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kent at the Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Lewisville, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Kent went above and beyond to help me purchase a Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Lewisville, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Kent went above and beyond to help me purchase a truck I had been looking for, an F150 Limited. What stood out to me about Kent was his willingness to accommodate my schedule. I had to leave the dealership to attend my daughter's soccer game, and Kent was more than understanding. He worked around my schedule and made the car-buying process seamless. What impressed me most was Kent's honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. He didn't try any of the typical dealership tricks you often hear about. We had a very positive and pleasant car buying experience at Huffines in Lewisville. We credit our salesperson, Rosa Aquino, as the reason it was so enjoyable. We were initially set on a vehicle we saw on line, but Rosa made us aware of other options, which proved to be a better vehicle and better deal for us. We had dreaded any high pressure tactics and those did not exist at Huffines. Rosa made sure that every detail was attended to and kept us well informed during the whole experience from purchase to pickup of our vehicle. Rosa's manager, Terry, was also helpful in this process. We know everything was checked out and brought up to the high standards of this dealership. Thank you Huffines and Rosa. More

I have a fleet of Ram trucks, several of which I have bought from Huffines. My most recent purchase was a 2022 Ram 2500 Tradesman that I bought with Brian Eriksen as the salesman helping me. The whole sa bought from Huffines. My most recent purchase was a 2022 Ram 2500 Tradesman that I bought with Brian Eriksen as the salesman helping me. The whole sales process was quick and efficient. Brian did a great job. Then I had a problem with the truck that required out of the ordinary service. After talking with Dan Franklin, he arranged the necessary repairs with the service department and got our truck repaired and returned within a few days. More
