After making contact and finding out we were several hours away, Brooks arranged everything on his end, even late on a Friday evening. He even got us prequalified. We drove there the next morning, traded in our 2014 GMC, and headed home with our Buick. Johnny Ray did an outstanding job helping try to get us the lowest rate possible and was very helpful.
