Great Service! I took my Cherokee to Huffines in Lewisville for what should have been a standard oil change. I did not have an appointment. I was greeted promptly I took my Cherokee to Huffines in Lewisville for what should have been a standard oil change. I did not have an appointment. I was greeted promptly and advised it would only take about an hour. I had other errands and my husband had followed me there so I left the vehicle with the service department. About an hour later I received a call that my car was ready but there was additional information that came out of the blue. Turns out the technician found rodent droppings in my engine compartment! I would not have known about this had I not had my vehicle in for the oil change. Needless to say I cleaned out the engine compartment and will be parking my vehicle in a new area. More

Great team, but service took too long The service team was friendly and helpful, but it took 3 days just to have my brakes done, and they said that they already had all the parts in stock. The service team was friendly and helpful, but it took 3 days just to have my brakes done, and they said that they already had all the parts in stock. Since I had to rent a car, it cost me over $100 more than just the repair. I've been taking my truck there for almost 15 years, and it seems like this brake job cost me more than double what it did in the past (not including the rental car)! More
