Ah. Maze. Ing. I found a vehicle I was interested in online and Mark Ferguson had it detailed and ready for us when we arrived that evening. Chris-the sales manager was very courteous and professional, and Abraham in finance was able to talk me through the process in minutes. There was no pressure for extended warranties and no sighs or eye rolls when I turned it down. Mark Ferguson came in on his day off to finish up the paperwork with us and walked us through all of the vehicle options. I will be recommending Huffines Chevrolet in Plano to anyone who will listen and will be recommending Mark Ferguson as well.
