There was an awesome sale price on a 'top of the line model' advertised on their website, which they honored, and Mark actually worked with me during the financing and lease trade-in process to get me a LOWER price than I expected rather than the other way around. I kept waiting for the experience to become the normal, stress-filled hassle it becomes at most dealerships, but it never did.
