Overall, experience was great. ned was a great salesman who explained every detail of the car in depth. I would highly reccommend him to anyone. However, this is no fault of the salesman but the huebner who explained every detail of the car in depth. I would highly reccommend him to anyone. However, this is no fault of the salesman but the huebner dealership. I did not appreciate that "heubnersubaru.com" sticker was placed on back windshield without my knowledge or any mention of it. I feel that you should ask your customers if they would like such a sticker on their vehicle. More
I bought a 07 Subaru Impreza 2.5i, great vehicle. Would recommend Subaru to anyone. I do however wish I would've went with a WRX or WRX STi, and a manual transmission. The Sales Rep I worked with (Shane) keeps in contact with me and makes sure I receive any service specials and makes sure that I'm still satisfied with my purchase, great customer service. More

I always look forward to servicing my 09 Subaru Forester, just so I can chat with John Lehy. I love to see what is new with Subaru. The service department is fast, efficient, and most of all, quick! Ned has sold me 2 Subarus and a Chevy 2500HD. Ned was always helpful. Driving me to my house and even allowing me to try out the car overnight. Jackie was friendly, courteous and was interested and concerned about all my questions and ideas. At no time did I get the feeling that I was being pushed to make a decision or becoming bothersome. Well first off when we purchased our Silverado the air conditioning would not work. They said to have it fixed when we get home (we lived 2 hours away) and they would pat to fix it. Well it started work conditioning would not work. They said to have it fixed when we get home (we lived 2 hours away) and they would pat to fix it. Well it started working for a few days but with the huge warrenty we got, 3 weeks, it was hard to find what was wrong and what was not. I am not sure if the service department even looked at it. Then there was a front bearing that went out after the first 2 months, then later the AC quit entirely, the left front ball joint went, the backer plates on the rear breaks fell off, and then the ABS light came on and would not turn off. On top of that the transmission started slipping. Yes the price was right, and Shane was a great guy, but I am not sure if the service department even looked at this thing. I guess I should have looked at the vehicle a little bit harder, but I really got stuck with a lemon. I had to trade it off within 8 months of buying it. The repair bills were killing me. Maybe they would be good for a new vehicle, but I would definately have an independent mechanic check out their used vehicles and definately try and get a longer "warrenty". More
