I was nervous contacting a car dealership after recently returning to work after a six year break to care for my daughter. He called me back within the hour, and gave me the "scoop" on the car, as far as what it needed and what was fine. I decided to look at at it, drove to Carrolton to see it, and it was above my expectations. I test drove and then bought it for a great price for what I had in mind. I was not satisfied with the customer service I was given after the purchase of my used vehicle. Three weeks after the purchase I discovered that the cd player did not work. Another week later I got no response and gave up trying. I was not satisfied with the lack of response I was given and like most dealerships when purchasing a used vehicle, once off the lot not much effort is given to repair anything that is not working properly. I left and came to Heubner where I was greated at the door with curtesy and shown items that I asked for in a rough price range. The sales person I had was Jackie. She was wonderful. I had told her about my financial situation and was told that they might be able to help. I told her what car I would be trading and they took a look at it. They found that I was driving a car that could possibly injure someone if I hit a pothole wrong. I was placed in a new car that week so that I would be safe on the road. I was shown vehicles in a price range I could afford and something that I would drive. I had a great experience at Heubner and if I need to trade in my Blazer I will go to heubner and no other. More
