Huebner Subaru

After researching online for new cars my Husband and I decided to purchase a Subaru. We decided to try Huebner Chevelet-Subaru, even though the dealership is 50 miles from where we live. It turned out to be a well worth drive because of the great customer service and overall experience. Rob the salesman that helped us was great! He was not pushy at all and was very knowledgable. I was impressed by how fast he had contacted me back after I had sent an online price check for the car I was looking at. The whole staff that we dealt with, from Brad the Sales Manager to Luke, the Business Manager, was very friendly and helpful. Intermittent problem with air conditioner difficult to find, but service employees continued the search until problem was found. Actually GM had had problem but had not issued a recall as yet.Took equino find, but service employees continued the search until problem was found. I called for an oil change Monday-Got in that same day. I believe I spoke with Russ.He was very friendly and accomodating. The staff at Huebner's is excellent- I was offered a soft drink, spoken to while waiting, the clerk couldn't have been any friendlier along with everyone I encountered Monday evening. We have dealt with Ohio Valley Honda for the last 3 cars, and I was a little leary to change dealerships. But since I have had my Subaru and dealing with Huebner's, I have not been disappointed with anything. (Well, I do have a further drive).The Huebner experience has been great. Keep up the good job!
