I called for an oil change Monday-Got in that same day. I believe I spoke with Russ.He was very friendly and accomodating. The staff at Huebner's is excellent- I was offered a soft drink, spoken to while waiting, the clerk couldn't have been any friendlier along with everyone I encountered Monday evening. We have dealt with Ohio Valley Honda for the last 3 cars, and I was a little leary to change dealerships. But since I have had my Subaru and dealing with Huebner's, I have not been disappointed with anything. (Well, I do have a further drive).The Huebner experience has been great. Keep up the good job! I was nervous contacting a car dealership after recently returning to work after a six year break to care for my daughter. As soon as we walked into the door of the Huebner's Marion was greeting us by name, since we had purchased vehicles from him before. He told me he would call me back when he knew more about the Subaru I was interested in. He called me back within the hour, and gave me the "scoop" on the car, as far as what it needed and what was fine. I decided to look at at it, drove to Carrolton to see it, and it was above my expectations. I test drove and then bought it for a great price for what I had in mind.
