I just wanted to let everyone know that I was so satisfied with my sales and service at Huebners that I went back 5 days later and bought another car from Cameron. The entire sales staff is awesome! They are very professional and they provide excellent customer service! Once again, the "No-pressure" approach is excellent and very much appreciated. The follow up with phonecalls and emails just to ask how we are doing is just one example of their excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone to check out Huebner before they go anywhere else!!!

We are committed to providing the best in customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That was very disappointing to us! I know everything that happened with your Dodge truck, and it we felt very bad about that. We definitely were at fault for the truck's issues and did not dispute that; we did pay the $3,500 for the truck to be fixed, with no cost at all to you. What happened with your truck is definitely a rare instance with us; 99% of the time any issues are seen when we do a multi-point inspection. We understand that things like this do happen, but when they do, we do everything possible to fix any problems and keep you a happy customer.
