We had been loking for used car for over a year. We found the car we wanted on cars.com. When I called the dealership I was but in touch with Cameron Brinker. I found him to be very friendly. We made an appointment to see the car ( since we live 45 minutes away). When we arived we were again treated in a friendly manner. Cameron showed us all the features of the car and went with us for a test drive. We also workd with Brad Salisbury to complete the deal. Brad remembered my father buying cars at the dealership. I was impressed because Dad has been gone 7 years now. You can tell that Huebner's values their clients. Cameron has called to make sure we are happy with our new to us car. I would travel the distance again to deal with Huebner's because you are treated with respect. More

After becoming frustrated by other dealerships where I was not even asked my name & a lack of car about my needs in a vehicle, the treatment I received from the staff at Huebner was very welcome. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly responsive to me and understanding of my need to overthink every decision. The sales staff was incredible knowledgeable about the vehicle and were able to adequately answer each and every question I had. More
I answered the review the way I did because overall the service was excellent! The team was very friendly and they joked around with us a lot which was really nice. Some aspects of the process were a little time consuming but you will have that at any car dealership. I definitely recommend Heubner in Carrolton, Oh. It was where my mom bought her first Subaru and it is where she bought me mine, and i am very satisfied with the SUV thus far! More
We had dealt with Huebner in the past and it was always a good experience. We asked for Mr. McNutt because we had dealt with him before, and we were impressed by the way he did his job. I found a used 2009 Subaru Outback Limited online and emailed my interest in it. Rob Forbes responded to my email and answered my questions and set me up with a test drive. Since I was coming from Pittsb emailed my interest in it. Rob Forbes responded to my email and answered my questions and set me up with a test drive. Since I was coming from Pittsburgh, I wanted to be able to complete any dealing in one sitting. When I arrived for the test drive, Rob had it all ready to go, and was able to direct me onto different road types and surfaces as well as different traffic situations. Since I already have two Subaru's, I have a certain level of knowledge about them and like to see just how knowledgeable the sales people are about their products. Rob was able to answer my questions and it was obvious that he was a knowledgeable salesman with an interest in satisfying customer needs and not just in pushing iron out the door. I wanted to check underneath the vehicle, so Rob had it put up on a rack in the service department and after introducing me to some of the repair department, allowed me to check some things out while observing the overall condition of the underneath. Noticing that a body trim piece was missing, I asked Rob to make sure that it would be included, should I purchase the vehicle. Rob took me over to the parts department, introduced me to Dan and made sure that the missing piece was available from Subaru. Since my concerns were being handled in such a professional manner, I knew that I had found a dealership that I could trust, and not one that just wanted to "take the money and run." Rob and I successfully concluded a deal that afternoon that I felt was fair for both sides. I have not had one second of "buyer's regret", indeed I had a much more troublesome time waiting until my neighbor was able to accompany me to pick up my "new" Outback. Since then I have been enjoying my Subaru and my experience with Rob Forbes and everyone that I met at the dealership. I will put them first on the list of dealers to visit when I need another car. If only all other dealerships displayed the same interest in taking care of their prospective customers, car buying would be something to be looked forwards to. Just as a follow-up, Rob Forbes made sure that the items that I was concerned about were ordered, and since they hadn't arrived by the time that I picked up the car, he had them mailed to me. I've baught seven cars from Huebners. The last four or five from Ned McNutt. He always treats me like family. Ned was knowledgeable about the cars I've purchased and is never pushy. I contacted Huebner by email about a Impala I found on their web site. Because of work and other commitments, it took me a while to go see their cars. Shane Laizure was the rep I had gotten a response from on my email, and I was able to work with him on finding the car I was interested in during my visit. I knew I wanted to replace my Lumina with another Chevy and was mainly interested in an Impala. Shane showed me the used Impalas they had, however the one I had found on their website wasn't on the lot at that time. Shane went above and beyond to get the car there for me to see, including offering to bring it to my home for me to see if I was unable to wait the short amount of time it would take for the car to be available. Shane (and the rest of the people I spoke with) made my trip enjoyable, and I got the car I was interested in. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Huebner's and both times, I was treated with respect. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a company that puts the customer first! More
