When we arrived we were greeted almost immediately. We were asked if we had a specific salesperson. We asked for John Leahy. He had leased us a subaru before. We really like John. He has a twinkle in his eye. He still has that twinkle today. He answered all questions that we had, and told us not to hesitate to call if we have further questions or need help in any way. I appreciated Kira's prompt response to my inquiry about the car I was interested in. After my initial contact, Kira kept in contact with me and guided me through the process of securing the car. In fact, her actions made a difference in me getting the car because it was attracting attention by other potential car-buyers. As an out of state buyer, I really appreciated the willingness of the dealership to send a driver (Bob) to pick me up from Pittsburgh, early in the morning. Bob, was very friendly and served as an impromtu tour guide on our way to Carrollton. I have a greater appreciation for this part of Ohio! I have to say i was a little pesomistic about driving 2 hrs to look at a used vehicle,but to my surprise the vehicle i went to look at was well represented by the pictures and description posted on Auto Tr hrs to look at a used vehicle,but to my surprise the vehicle i went to look at was well represented by the pictures and description posted on Auto Trader.com.I am very happy with the 2006 GMC Canyon i purchased.The service was great and the price was right.Well worth the drive. I went car shopping at a local dealers and found that I liked the Subaru Outback. They did not have the color I wanted but said he could get it with a $500.00 non refundable deposit. After coming home I reviewed Subaru website and felt that this was the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The website offered me other local dealers to contact me. The first dealer to contact me was Kira Manbeck from Hubner's. I told her exactly what I wanted. She didn't have the color either but say she could get it and gave me her best price. With nothing else said and no deposit asked, she had the vehicle at Hubner's within 24 hours and called me. I traveled to Hubner's to see the vehicle. She explained EVERYTHING about it and I test drove. I purchased the car from her that day! I can't say enough about Kira Manbeck! She made my experience buying a new vehicle wonderful. I asked her for her best price once and she gave it to me. She doesn't know this but she beat 3 other dealer's prices. I would not have bought this vehicle from anyone else even if the price was a little bit higher because of my experience with her. She has diffently retained my business for any future car purchases and will be recommended to everyone I know! More

No one else touches our subaru outback or impreza. these guys are the best!!! More
