I contacted Huebner by email about a Impala I found on their web site. Because of work and other commitments, it took me a while to go see their cars. Shane Laizure was the rep I had gotten a response from on my email, and I was able to work with him on finding the car I was interested in during my visit. I knew I wanted to replace my Lumina with another Chevy and was mainly interested in an Impala. Shane showed me the used Impalas they had, however the one I had found on their website wasn't on the lot at that time. Shane went above and beyond to get the car there for me to see, including offering to bring it to my home for me to see if I was unable to wait the short amount of time it would take for the car to be available. Shane (and the rest of the people I spoke with) made my trip enjoyable, and I got the car I was interested in. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Huebner's and both times, I was treated with respect. They had the car I wanted at a great price. Cameron was very helpful in expediting the paperwork so that I could pick up the car within 24 hours of first walking on the lot.
