The whole dealership attitude was upbeat, helpful, and operated with a relaxed pace. The salesman (Rob Forbes) was patient and not the slightest bit pushy. Good service period. Good service after the sale. Knowledgeable on there vehicles. Clean place, don't smell like old coffee and stale cigarette smoke like most places. A great salesperson and dealer! I went in fully prepared to do battle with a stereotypical, sleazy care salesman - the lowest form of life in my book. Instead, the staff was friendly, without being phony, to do battle with a stereotypical, sleazy care salesman - the lowest form of life in my book. Kira was an excellent salesperson! She knew her vehicles. Very friendly! She gave us all the time we needed to decide what we wanted to do. They didn't have the car we wanted in their lot and the n vehicles. Very friendly! She gave us all the time we needed to decide what we wanted to do. Always hate going car shopping, finding the right vehicle at the right price is never easy. We have purchased 7 cars from Jackie over the last 25 yrs and each time she has been able to find what we were look at the right price is never easy. She is never pushy, always friendly, very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for you. Even calling and setting up things on her day off. This last vehicle was a 4x4 truck for my husband who wasn't sure what he wanted and was unable shop because of crazy work hours. So to Huebner Chevrolet I went. Jackie is like a personal shopper! I told her I was looking for a 4x4 truck, monthly payment range and she took it from there. She showed me 2 trucks and the first one was the one we ended up purchasing. More

I visited Huebner Subaru, first online. Cameron contacted me to talk about the Crosstrek. He let me know that the dealership did not have one in the lot at the time, but as soon as one arrived he contacted me to talk about the Crosstrek. He let me know that the dealership did not have one in the lot at the time, but as soon as one arrived he would let me know. Two days later he called to let me know there was a Crosstrek there that was already sold, but I could still come up and look at it. During the visit he went over ever single detail about the vehicle. I have never had a salesman go over things like he did that day. I did not feel any pressure at any time, which made me feel great about dealing with Huebner Subaru for my next purchase. Because of my great experience, I will continue to go to Huebner first when I am looking for a new vehicle. More
