I had found a used Ford Mustang that was priced at an excellent price and the car was immaculate. I couldn't find a car closer to my home to even compare to this car. I was unsure about purchasing this car just buy a picture until I started working with Katie. Katie was great to work with. I made her aware of why I was purchasing the car and how far we have to come to purchase a car without seeing it or driving it first. Katie took it in her own hands to take the car for a test ride and to tell me what flaws you couldn't see in a picture so I was not disappointed when we got there. I feel Katie treated this purchase and sale as if she was purchasing this car for herself! She was more concerned about us being happy with the car then she was trying to sell me a car. I have purchased many cars in the last 20 years and she is the first Sales Rep I have came across to not worry about making the sale but making sure I am getting what I am expecting. Katie made me feel very comfortable and I trusted her as if I have known her for many years. Even though I am 4 hours away I WILL make sure to contact Katie the next time I am looking for another vehicle new or used. She made it worth the drive to purchase this wonderful car! Saw a used VW Jetta at Huebner while searching on-line. Talked with Shane on the phone so he could give us a little background on the vehicle before we made the 1+ hour trip.
