I had been looking on line for months at used Siverado trucks & found a few I liked at some local dealers (Jefferson county). Tryed to make a deal with a few dealerships but not satisfied with price & se trucks & found a few I liked at some local dealers (Jefferson county). Tryed to make a deal with a few dealerships but not satisfied with price & service by word of mouth.The smaller used car dealers could not provide the factory service that I would get at a biger dealership. I had previously bought a used trailblazer from Huebner last year at a great price & had some miner warranty issues with it & they had excellant service fixing the problem. Huebners had all ready gave me great all around service in ease of buying & warranty. I had been in contact with many dealers in my initial research--Jackie was able to bring me on board to proceed with the purchase of a vehicle, even though I was prepared to delay the process for several months. Her patience and sense of humor is endless and it made the difference. If she did not have an answer, she immediately sought one (one time from John Leahy who is very knowledgeable about Subaru). One time in the cold of winter, jackie put on her boots, went out in the snow to find an immediate answer to one of my questions. I had purchased two Subaru(s) in the past from another dealer, and this experience was far more rewarding. Its a week today since I purchased my Forester and I am pretty happy with it. The transaction could not have been easier and time efficient. In Pittsburgh the dealerships just wanted me to "come in and have a look" as a wife, mother, grandmother, and woman taking care of my elderly father I just don't have the time. I had test driven Subaru, Toyota, Hyundai, and Chevy, I just could not get past the comfort and responsive driving I felt with the Subaru so once I settled on the car I needed the deal, with the Internet searches I was able to shop from home at anytime of the day or night. The drive was easy. I would and have recommended your dealership to my neighbor who is looking for a car. More
