Jackie DeWitt was our main salesperson, but Rob Forbes also assisted in Jackie's absence. Jackie tries to accommodate the customer in all aspects of car buying. She had sold both of us our last cars, so we knew she is great to deal with!! The finance department was also very helpful in getting a great rate for both of us. Rob Forbes was very knowledgeable about all the Outback features in Jackie's absence, even setting up the bluetooth phone connection for me. Everyone there is very friendly and made car buying , which can be a painful experience, very easy. I love Subaru's , as this is my 4th one, but I also would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car!! More

She answered all of my questions in a friendly and time efficient manner. I did feel that the process was a bit slow when I picked up my car. I felt there was a lot of waiting around for the next step. Also, my car was not fully tested and after about 45 minutes it was discovered that my SD card for the navigation system was not installed. Fortunately they were able to find an SD card so I did not have to come back or wait for one to be delivered to me. I live 1 1/2 hours from the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and apologetic about the SD card situation. Happy with my Legacy so far! More

We dealt with Jackie DeWitt and she is a true professional. She is responsive and makes a personal connection with you. Jackie and also Josh went above and beyond during and even after the sale to make sure I was happy. The rest of the team is fantastic as well, it is not your average dealership. We drove 6 hours to get our truck and would do it again! If you're looking for a new or used car, go to Huebner!! More

Shane Laizure was wonderful before and after our purchase. I used TrueCar.com and found the best price and good ratings for Huebner. We made the trip from Canton and it was so worthwhile. TrueCar allowed me to choose the model and add-on's exactly as I wanted - then delivered the Huebner guaranteed pricing. Within 15 minutes of arrival, we were signing the paperwork for the Forrester. No pressure, no challenging the numbers, trying to talk us into anything else - straight and simple. Shane was great - very friendly, always kept us updated on the progress of our order and delivery. He went over all the features of the vehicle when we took delivery. He's contacted us several times for follow-up, if we have any questions or need anything. We've even used the Service team already - the next day my husband started waxing it and found a small, but noticeable ding in the top of the driver door - the earth stopped rotating at that very moment! He called Shane immediately. Shane said to bring it in the next morning and within 10 minutes the ding was removed like new. My husband was thrilled and the earth started rotating again :) We highly recommend Shane and the rest of the Huebner team! More

When it was time to get another car, I didn't even look anywhere else. The Service department is very professional. I have even started taking my truck there for service even though it isn't a Huebner brand. I highly recommend Jackie DeWitt and the entire Huebner family to anyone looking for a dealer you can feel comfortable with. More
Worst possible experience. After being referred to Huebner by three of my favorite mechanics, I called and made the appointment. I was assured that their diagnostics were specia After being referred to Huebner by three of my favorite mechanics, I called and made the appointment. I was assured that their diagnostics were specialty and specifically designed for Subaru vehicles. I waited half an hour for them to tell me that they couldn't run their equipment on my vehicle, as it is a '95, and their mechanic took it for a joyride and couldn't find an issue. For this complete lack of service, I was charged $42. When asked about the charge, the woman at the desk responded with, "You didn't think it was free, did you?" Not only has it been free for every other mechanic I've used, but it should've been free when the only thing they could do for me was waste my gas and my time. Management has not answered or returned my call to address this issue as of yet. Personally, I will not return to Huebner. More
