I’m be bought 3 cars there I believe. l in the past 5 years. Kim was my salesperson for the first one. Everything went smooth. Went to buy the next ones and both times I had to literally beg someone to get on the phone to sell a car. I’m not buying 10 dollar vehicles either. The most I can get out of Kim now is a standard “how can I help you” text then will not follow up or anything at all. I’m looking for another new vehicle right now. Ready to buy. Have been for a week almost. I’ve left numerous emails. Numerous texts. Numerous website lead emails. I’ve even specified which vehicle and just needed the best total price so I can do my own financing. Once again all I e for is a “hey” from them. 2 days ago. I’ve tried calling. I’ve tried emailing. I’ve tried everything else again. Nothing. And I’m An easy sale lol, I just buy them online and have them delivered. I dont even go there. Long story short, idk how you get into the cool kids club there but im done tryin. My money spends just fine and can do so elsewhere. Attached is the total correspondence. Walked into showroom and no one jumped up to bother us or welcome us. We went over to nearest salesperson; informed him we wanted to test drive '24 forester premium. Salesperson was friendly and quick to find a vehicle to test drive. We were not planning on buying that day. After test drive, which was shorter than I expected, salesperson asked if wanted to see some numbers; said okay. Discussed usual such as trade in, down payment, length of a loan and particularly, what wanted and did NOT want (add ons) on vehicle. Did not have particular vehicle on lot, so salesperson thought, but could trade with another dealer. After further checking, was found that car of choice just came in that morning but had not been put in system, yet. After looking that car over, decided to get more serious about purchasing that day. Was pleased that trade in value for my 2003 forester was $2,000, as another subaru dealer only offered $1,000. It pays to shop around! Came up with satisfactory terms for purchase. Then went into what some people call the "high pressure" portion of car shopping- the business/finance office! Expected to be pressured into extra things that run up price. There was some push for us to add things, but it was not "high pressure" as have experienced elsewhere. We left the dealership, without feeling buyer's remorse. More
