the best car buying experience I've ever had I was looking for a Subaru for about 3 weeks. Every deanship I went to always seemed to be in my face about getting their car. Some even sent multiple salesmen over to me while they messed around with numbers. Mainly to keep me occupied. I found it very annoying especially when I just wanted to look at the car. I got to Huebner and was left alone till I walked in and asked for Kim bc we had talked on the phone and set up an appointment. As she introduced herself she asked if I wanted to test drive either of the 2 I was looking at. Then she got my info and put a plate on and gave me a route to take then left me alone!!!!! After I drove it she asked if I wanted to look at the other. I declined bc I knew I wanted this one. She then asked if I wanted to trade in and fought vigorously to get to an agreement on my cars trade in value and even threw the crossbars in to seal the deal. I told them I wanted to use my own bank to finance and they said they could look at what they can do with their banks. Not for me to use but for my bank to have a competitor to get me the best option. I will say though they did seem short staffed but managed multiple customers flawlessly also I would like to note they are the only dealership I seen actually show pictures with the lights on in the car to show the lights worked for all the buttons and I greatly appreciated working with Kim. More

Love the friendly follow up, It says to me that you remain interested in the vehicle I purchased and seek to keep it in good working order. Because live 3 miles from the Wheeling Subaru, It's easier for me to do service closer to home. I often recommend Subaru to those seeking a new vehicle. More and more I see them on the Road in this area.. They are excellent in inclement weather especially on WV hills and even better in glorious weather... thanks again for all your professionalism, helpfulness and great service. Cathleen More
Used a hardware store bolt on my transmission I wish I could write a 0 star review! I purchased my 2014 Crosstrek from Huebner in October of 2016. After having the car for less than a month, I fou I wish I could write a 0 star review! I purchased my 2014 Crosstrek from Huebner in October of 2016. After having the car for less than a month, I found it leaking transmission fluid. I took it back to the dealer (a 2.5 hour drive one way) and was told I would have to leave the car. When I went back to pick it up, I was told that my transmission had needed to be resealed and that they had went ahead and changed the transmission fluid for me. Last week I took my car to a different dealership tp get the recommended 60k transmission fluid change. The dealer took me back into the shop to show me the underside of my transmission. It had been leaking again for who knows how long. After cleaning off the gunk, the mechanic discovered that the fill plug had been replaced with an 18mm brass bolt. Not a car part, a brass bolt from a hardware store. The mechanic told me that I would have to replace my transmission because the plug is so stripped and my transmission has been overheating. More
2011 Chevy equinox exhaust estimate I took my 2011 Chevy to get a estimate on exhaust leak they had it for 10 minutes the service person comes out and told me it was pipe in between the I took my 2011 Chevy to get a estimate on exhaust leak they had it for 10 minutes the service person comes out and told me it was pipe in between the catalytic converter and the muffler and said it would cost 1100 Dollars to fix I told her I wasn’t able to pay that so I had to pay a bill of 104 dollars just cause they looked at it by the way a muffler shop put in a pipe for 80.00 and I didn’t even get a free car wash More

A God send! We were on vacation, pulled in next door to eat and panel lights came on and liquids from underneath. We were leaving town the next day. Be Prepared to Beg for Service I really wanted to bring my service (car purchase) here, but after 3 months of sporadic replies and having to keep on top of my salespeople for even t I really wanted to bring my service (car purchase) here, but after 3 months of sporadic replies and having to keep on top of my salespeople for even the basics, I give up. I had to practically beg or fight for a quote and when it came to locating the car/color that I want, I was told to do it myself and let them know where it's at. When I finally went with another offer and unsubscribed to their automatic emails, I got threatening text and email and a phone call which I did not answer, all from Lee Laughlin. Very poor form, indeed. Kira was a smart alec as well. My first contact with the dealership was when I asked how long their test drives were (I like to try driving in the dark to see how good the headlights are). She replied I could have a forever test drive if I just filled out 10 pieces of paper (anotherwords bought a car) and then never offered any other help or information. Katie was very sweet and helpful but never got back to me after my test drive despite promising to email info on the trimlines. So they seem too crazy busy to keep track of who they are supposed to be following up with AND they employ some very off balance Salespeople. No one ever offered to quote me, no one asked for the sale or offered to find me the car I wanted. I had to ask for all of that and keep bugging them to get it and finally had to figure things out myself. When I finally did, I suddenly got a response, thou quite inappropriate. More
