Quick and professional service We arrived at the service department without an appointment because the car was suddenly making a horrible noise and we were afraid that it would be u We arrived at the service department without an appointment because the car was suddenly making a horrible noise and we were afraid that it would be unsafe to drive further. Though we are regular customers there, the service department was very busy. Despite this, the car was taken in almost immediately and, within 5 minutes, the problem was found. A stick had wedged itself between the rubber and metal of one tire. After showing us the problem, it took the mechanic about one minute to fix the problem, no charge, and we were happily on our way. All this was done with good cheer. And this was not the first time that I've had this service department go out of their way to provide excellent service. More

I had a doc's appointment very close to that time and I've mentioned that to the person at the desk. Well..... my car was done and ready to leave 45 min earlier than the estimated time that was given to me. Oil change, annual check up, inspection, one tire change.....
