I live an hour and a half away from this dealership. We wound up leaving a deposit on the car, went home and did some research at more local dealerships. We couldnt find the exact vehicle and, we couldnt find another salesperson that we trusted more. We took TWO more trips north to Hudson Valley VW and ultimately purchased the Tiguan that my son cannot stop smiling about. We love it and we are so grateful to have worked with Bunny and then Mindy. I hope my son goes to school near there so that he can have it serviced there as well!! More

I knew I was going to buy a car but I had no idea when I started the process that it was going to be a VW. I came in to Hudson Valley VW asking questions about when the new VW diesels would be coming out. started the process that it was going to be a VW. Fran fielded my questions but since there was no official word on this he couldn't answer definitively on my first visit. Fran did however follow up via email and let me know that they would appear in the 2014 vehicles. At that point I didn't really want to wait that long especially if I could get a great deal on a 2 Door Golf TDI I saw sitting on their lot. After a bit of haggling involving both my trade and the Golf TDI we struck a deal and I drove home with a Golf TDI which I'm finding to be an absolute blast to drive and I'm shocked to be getting well above the EPA highway rating on my daily commute. The staff at Hudson Valley VW couldn't be friendlier and the car buying process was surprisingly smooth even with the bit of haggling that was done. Fahrvergnügen is alive and well!! More

My vehicle was late for a scheduled service and Brianna fit me in for an appt. Car was done on time, extra service was provided at no charge, all csr's in dept. were pleasant, friendly and helpful.
