I called Eric out of the blue on Christmas Eve to inquire about a pre-owned vehicle. Not only was he happy to have us come right in, but he took the time, care, and patience to go over all the details of the vehicle and car-buying experience, and answer all of our questions -- despite the fact that is was a holiday. As the part was not immediately available they gave me a loaner car to use until repairs could be made the following morning. When I picked up my car the following day I noticed my left rear blinker was out. They replaced it immediately at no charge. I even got a coupon for a free car wash as the service department was short staffed because of the holidays! More
