He was very polite and friendly, real easy going and did not try to pressure me in any way. He found the car I wanted. By the way this was all over the phone as I could not get there during the week. We agreed to terms with a Saturday pick up. I was very skeptical because this way so easy and figured things would change b the time I picked up the car, because that is how every other dealer has treated me in the past.
