Registration Never experienced a place where I paid all fees and somehow never informed that my registration arrived in their place. My temporary registration expired 2 weeks after I called them back about it. Mind you I called in advance to let them know that I have not received anything after 15 days of purchasing the car. Hope from their "DMV department" was rude and did not have any answer to any my questions(poor customer service) and I had to call DMV myself to find out what's going on. When finally on my last call they said that my registration arrived and I owe $26.00 more. What kind of non-sense is that? This place when it comes to bad issues will not have any answers for you. From my experience, their customer service is horrible. They will not call you back if they ask for your phone number. Even with their manager Jason is involve all they can say is we will check but they will never inform you back. Lack of communication More
