I was given false information so they could close the sale. I would not have made the purchase if they were honest and they knew that. We had a contract and put money down for a vehicle for them to tell us days later the vehicle was sold. I felt belittled and was left with zero trust in this dealership then decided to look elsewhere. More

Friendly and knowledgeble We were thinking of trading in our Jeep for a 2017 model but had not decided yet. When we brought our Jeep in for service my husband thought it would be a good time to speak to a salesman and get some information. He was met by Travis Dacres with a warm and friendly welcome. Within 30 minutes we bought the 2017 Jeep! From then on the rest of the staff took over and we had very little to do....everything was taken care of by Hudson Valley Jeep and their team.
