Very friendly- helpful- resourceful staff I contacted service department to get a quote on tires. I didn't know the tire size or car VIN# or anything that I needed to know in order for me to I contacted service department to get a quote on tires. I didn't know the tire size or car VIN# or anything that I needed to know in order for me to get a quote. However, Alexis was extremely patient with me. She patiently waited while obtained needed information and did not get frustrated with me nor did she treat me like an idiot even when I gave her incorrect info at one point. She was efficient and got back to me in a timely manner. Very friendly, respectful and resourceful young lady! More

Jimmy who sold me the car was very kind and very patient with me as we sea I recently bought a car from Hudson Valley dealership and they were great!! Jimmy who sold me the car was very kind and very patient with me as we searched for the perfect car and took me through all the steps and made the process very easy. This kid may look young but he knows his stuff, I’ve had my car for 2 months now no problems and couldnt be happier with the car. My daughter turns 16 next year and you bet im comming back to Hudson Valley Chrystler Jeep Dodge Ram and the first person im seeing is my man Jimmy. Kid really made buying a car easy for me 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get a car for a good deal, you gotta go see Jimmy. More
