Ongoing 3 month repair! Just want my truck back 3 months of attempting to fix my truck as well as 7 attempts to give it back to me just to bring it in the same or next day from fluids pouring out, b 3 months of attempting to fix my truck as well as 7 attempts to give it back to me just to bring it in the same or next day from fluids pouring out, burning smells like rubber, and now my truck is making a very high pitched sound as I accelerate like the power steering pump or alternator is dying since I picked it up today and to top it off I get out of my truck after being on the phone for 5 mins to a huge puddle of what I believe is antifreeze. Most of the service tech's there look like they are 18-20 years old. Tried to call today to once again resolve issue to only get hung up on 3 times or the phone just rings and rings with no answer. Far from a professional business. I am now letting Chrysler Corporate handle the matter. Since I reached out to corporate they too can not get anyone to answer their phone calls. It's a circus and a waste of my time as I need my truck for work as I'm a contractor. 3 months and still at square 1. After this I contact NYS licensing. More

The car I bought, I got it for $18,000, just over 11,000 miles. Another dealership was selling the exact same car for $24,000 with a little more miles on the odometer. Not only are they knowledgeable about their brand, being that i’m New to Orange County, I was recommended to try out a few restaurants at the water front in Monroe. Overall these are great guys and I to thank them for making it super easy for me to buy my new car. I will definitely recommend Hudson Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to the next person I know that’s trying to get a vehicle. More
