She was attentive, knowledgeable, and a professional salesperson who worked tirelessly to meet our needs. Diana, without hesitation, made multiple vehicles available for test drives. She stayed in touch with us during the weekend long buying process, while we decided which vehicle we wanted to buy and finalized our outside financing. Diana familiarized us with our new Jeep, and touched base with us the following day to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Very happy! I cannot say how much I'm satisfied and happy with HVCJD. Diana Hocutt being the first person I dealt with there and cannot say enough good things abo I cannot say how much I'm satisfied and happy with HVCJD. Diana Hocutt being the first person I dealt with there and cannot say enough good things about her but my second experience there was great also. John Esposito, Assistant Service Manager, was fantastic. My car had an unexpected issue when I took it in for a recall check and I was devastated at what came next. John understood how upset I was and really did what he could to make the hit not so devastating. They really take care of their customers. He even put my mind at ease by checking on work I had just had done elsewhere to confirm they actually did the work and didn't scam me. I left there at ease and VERY grateful. I highly recommend HVCJD and I will now make sure it's there that I go for anything done on my car. More
