Jeep Issues This was our first experience with HVJeep. Long story short, our Trailhawk had its dash light up with so many failures we didn't know what to do. The dealership we purchased the vehicle (new) from couldn't get us in till next week! Called here and had an appointment in a day. Brought it in and Bryon listened to every word we had to say and discussed our issues with us, so we could understand it and quoted us what the diagnostic fee would be and we agreed. Even told us that there was a recall on the car and they would handle that as well! Called us a few hours later and the service center found the issue and told us what it would cost to fix and said the part would be ordered and we would have it the next day. We had it by noon!!!
