I found the truck I wanted online, reque Recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram from HVCJDR and couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received. I found the truck I wanted online, requested more information, and received a call in minutes to discuss coming in to see the vehicle. All staff was attentive and helpful when it came to test driving and discussing price, etc. but did not feel any pressure to buy. We were able to work out the payment I wanted, and ended up being even less than anticipated upon the banks approval. Due to the vehicle coming off a lease, there was a delay in receiving the title. I ended up waiting a week to take delivery of my truck, but everyone I dealt with along the process was helpful and did whatever it took to get me into my truck as soon as possible. I very much appreciated the help received, and am extremely happy with all aspects of my new vehicle. Will definitely visit again for my future needs. More
