I called to see if my plates came in...yes I called, no one bothered to call me. The woman who finally told me they were in "yeah they are here" and then promptly hung up the phone on me. Not even waiting for my response. I also was looking to get an upgrade to my alarm system and a remote starter installed. The service dept had no clue what came with my car, brand new purchased from them 3 weeks prior! In the age of computers you would think if I gave my name they would have the vin and immediately have this information at their finger tips. The experience on the day of the purchase vs now is like night and day...WOW. I'll take my car some place else for service thank you! More

Recently purchased a new RAV4 from Hudson. All staff were extremely helpful throughout the financial process. Declan Ogoke coordinated everything for me and assisted with the process.
