After having a really unpleasant experience with a different Toyota dealership on Staten Island our experience with Shawn and Hudson Toyota was a pleasure. We also had a great experience with the financial representative, Roman. No high pressure tactics, everyone was professional, pleasant, and great to work with. After working with them, I changed my view toward Toyota Dealers, cause we had visited other Toyota's Delear and they didnt have such helpfull employee, They were ofering very high APR,and no reduction to the car price,But hudson Toyota gave us a low APR and reduction on the car price. I had a Toyota Sienna XLE Limited 2005. I paid close to $45K for this car. I went last week to find the trade in value of the car which has 160,000 and the dealer wanted to give me $2,000. I told the guy $45K for this car. I went last week to find the trade in value of the car which has 160,000 and the dealer wanted to give me $2,000. I told the guy i am looking between Volkswagen and Toyota and informed him that VW was giving me $8,000 for trade in. The guy said he can't do anything more than that and advised me to go to VW and get the trade in price. I can't believe they don't give proper price for their brand and bring the price down drastically. I am very disappointed with the Toyota especially if you paying $45K. I would not recommend this guys at all. Thats just my opinion. More

I knew the people and was very comfortable going there to negotiate a deal. My service manager used to be Jonathan Bennett, but he had left about a month before. Rich Mota became my new service manager when I bought my Rav4 five years ago. He is very sweet and knowledgeable and treats the customer right and doesn't sell you something you don't need. More
The main reason I came into the dealership was to look around, price a car or two, and to see some models in person. I expected to be attacked at the door as with every other dealership.
