I am a college student and have been looking for a car for about 3-4 months. I have been unlucky and came out with no car. I have gone to different car dealerships and even looked on craigslist to see if for about 3-4 months. I have been unlucky and came out with no car. I have gone to different car dealerships and even looked on craigslist to see if i would be able to purchase a used vehicle. Majority of the cars I saw were not a good deal at all. From my mother, I was recommended to see Cesar. He helped me out to the best possible a sale person could ever do, even beyond. I was really grateful to actually work with him. He knew I needed a car so he made sure I didn't leave without a car. One thing Cesar did was keep the relationship good. Yes I am a salesperson too and we are required to keep a relationship to the customer but he goes beyond that. He goes out of his way to check up on his customers to see how they are doing. He was even very happy to see the smile on my face when the deal I wanted with the car came out to be better than I expected. He has been one of the best sales person I have ever worked with and i really do recommend seeing him if you are a college student or even a regular person looking for a good car. Oh least to add, he made sure I left with a brand new 2014 Toyota Corolla which I am beyond satisfied with. More

When I left home last Friday I did not have plans of buying a car even though I needed a car I was not ready. As my friend and I drove past the Toyota dealer I saw a sign that read Bad Credit no proble buying a car even though I needed a car I was not ready. When we drove into the dealership, I was met by a very nice salesperson that I know now to be Chris Pena, Chris was kind, professional, and not too aggressive. I really hate car shopping and dealing with most salespeople but Chris turned that around for me, he was very knowledgeable about every car he showed me. He took his time me with since I was unsure of what I wanted, I never felt that he was getting tired of my questions or showing me car after car. If it had not been for Chris professionalism, kindness and patience I am sure I would have left without making a purchase. More
