I found a used car online. It looked great so I called this dealer and spoke with Jezza. She was extremely helpful and kind. She even stayed late to ensure we lock in a great rate on the used car. She also coordinated a sales associate with whom I would be working with. Upon arriving to Toyota I met Caesar, the most down to earth friendly guy you'll ever meet. I knew this had to be a good sign. He showed me the used BMW X5 I was interested in. He was very informative and alleviated my buying concerns. To be honest I only wanted to check out the car and wasn't expecting to buy it on the spot. But I did! Caesar's professionalism and ressaurance convinced me I was in good hands. Even my wife was impressed, and she's pretty tough to win over when it comes to sales. After finalizing with Caesar, we met Jenny in the financing department. She was kind and helpful as well. I didn't think I would finance through toyota, because my banker already gave me a good rate; but Toyota beat it! Overall great dealer, great teamwork amongst a profession group of associates. This was a most positive buying experience for the amount of money we spent. We were looking for a dependable, stylish, economical gas mileage vehicle to replace a very dependable car that died. We were taken through the process very delicately by Mr. Diogo. No hard core sales pitch. He presented the information we requested. Took his time with us and was very thorough. We were considering a competitive vehicle but because of the time Mr. Diogo dedicated to showing us the cars, getting into the car, driving it and pointing out special features comparing the Rav4 to the competition, and most important - the price - we decided on the RAV4. I wouldn't hesitate sending family and friends to Hudson, but would be more comfortable knowing that Mr. Diogo would be my recommendation as their salesperson. Thank you. More
