Hudson Nissan of North Charleston responded

Service Manager apologized to the customer for having an issue with receiving their refund. Not at anytime during the conversation was the Service Manger rude to the customer. Dealer has processed the refund for the customer. The Service Manager will track when the refund was mailed out and correct the issue. Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to our Service Department, so that we have the ability to build a strong relationship for current and future business with our customers.
