service advisor is cool with me but unexperienced techs. Took my car to 2 different shops after dealer ship advised me my front brakes need to be changed soon and life of the pads where at 3. When i took it to the other shops both shops informed me both pads were still at 6 and they were still good and didnt need to replace it anytime soon More
On the 4th of July 2024 my wife and I were in St. Stephens,SC and I put all the windows down. About an hour later we returned to my truck and the windows wouldn't go up. My wife wondered out loud if the dealership might be open. We were quite surprised to have the receptionist at Hudson Nissan in N. Charleston answer. She connected us to service where Patrick M. Answered. He set us up an appointment that afternoon, and I brought my truck in. Within and hour a mechanic had diagnosed the problem. Well the parts didn't arrive as hoped, but when they did they didn't fix the problem. So the next part was ordered (this happened for quite a while . The final part that it could be was ordered and this part seemed to take forever (not the fault of the dealership). Patrick was great! At the minimum he called and texted me to ensure that I knew the status. At the two week point I asked if there was anyway that the dealership could provide me a loaner. They said yes and gave me Rouge you use. I had the loaner far longer than any of us expected (no one expected the delays in getting the parts). The thing that I most liked about all of this experience was was how hard the service department worked. I cannot that Mr. Patrick Martens my Service Advisor for going well above and beyond what was expected of him. I offer my gratitude for the fortitude to complete this lengthy job by the entire service department. Thank You! Patrick Davis More
Bad service seems to not exist. They took more than 4 hours for an oil change and tire alignment service. Luckily I was entertained looking at cars... but it was terrible. Waited 2hr 45min for oil change. Arrived early at 10:30am and was told I can get in early. Didn’t get my keys back until 1:20pm.
