I have had countless new cars in my lifetime and found the service from car dealers to be poor. For years I had our cars serviced with auto repair shops, not dealerships. My wife had our 2017 Nissan Rogue serviced at Hudson once before and spoke highly of the service. This week was my first time at Hudson and Patrick was excellent and more. He was informative, accurate, forthright, polite, respectful, and timely. His response time and the service time was exactly as he stated. He was a gentleman and 'A Class Act'!!! I will return to Hudson for future service and inform my friends of my experience. Thanks so very much for such an uplifting Service Advisor and service experience.
