company car repair I was extremely impressed by the service department. My personal rep was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to ask me about me an I was extremely impressed by the service department. My personal rep was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to ask me about me and not just questions about my car. My biggest surprise came at the end of the service when he personally accompanied back to my car and it had been washed. It looked brand new, like it just came off the factory floor! I highly recommend this dealership.My only suggestion for improvement is to provide business cards from the service department since I'm not sure of the name for my personal rep. I thought I remembered him as Jim or Tim but my service slips show a different name entirely. I want credit to go to the correct person for this review. More

I was very impressed with the salesman's knowledge of the vehicle, a Wonderful experience at Hudson Nissan! I purchased my first rogue back in 2010. I was very impressed with the salesman's knowledge of the vehicle, and even more impressed with the function and capability of the rogue. I liked it so much I even traded into a newer rogue 2 years later! I now own the 2012 Nissan Rogue SV edition and I LOVE it! My sister also purchased a rogue after I did because she loved mine so much. I live in Goose Creek and Hudson Nissan is a convenient location to get my car serviced and for purchasing vehicles. Highly recommend! More

oil change I purchased my xterra here about 3 years ago so I had the free oil change for 5 years. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and I didn't rea I purchased my xterra here about 3 years ago so I had the free oil change for 5 years. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and I didn't realize I got charge for it til I got home. Later that day I called nissian to tell them what happened and ended up talking to an answering machine, I left a message so they can call me back. I waited and no response, so I went to the dealership to talk to them and they took a cooy of my receipt and told me i will recieve the check in about 5-7 days. After about a little over 2 weeks and a lot of unnecessary run around they put me through, and I finally spoke with the manager, Mark. He answer the phone nicely but after I told him my situation his tone change and just became very harsh and rude. More
