I asked to have my tires inspected when they did the alignment and my suspicions were confirmed that they didn’t actually look at it when I went to find out from a second opinion where I have my warranty on my tires too. Your technicians definitely either didn’t look or they are blind because they missed A WHOLE BOLT IN MY FRONT LEFT TIRE THAT I ASKED TO HAVE LOOKED AT. I guess just because they wouldn’t get any commissions on a sale on a tire because I have my tires through a different company, they decided it wasn’t worth their time. Well it definitely has me concerned if they even bothered doing my alignment like they claim they did. More

3 hours and 15 minutes too long for simple job (I think seat belt fix was relatively simple). I'm more ticked that your service department took advantage of my wife a couple months ago. I allowed her to get an oil change (3rd of 3 included in new car purchase). Came home with a paid bill of $465 (not including oil change) for unnecessary 4 wheel alignment, cabin air filter, brake fluid change, etc. Told her these were necessary to maintain powertrain warranty. Car only had 27K miles on it, and had no issues with steering pull or braking. More
