My experience was most excellent. I had an 8:00 appointment, and I was on my way out of there at 8:20. That is efficiency. Jake and his support staff were terrific from the time I whe I had an 8:00 appointment, and I was on my way out of there at 8:20. That is efficiency. Jake and his support staff were terrific from the time I wheeled into the garage. I couldn't have been more pleased. I was kept informed of everything that needed to be done to my vehicle every step of the way throughout the day. Couldn't be happier. Great group of professionals. More
Had a nail in my tire, 3rd time this year, 2nd time in 3 weeks. I showed up after work without an appointment and was grateful to get in as it was around 3pm. Justin is my advisor, however as usual he wa weeks. I showed up after work without an appointment and was grateful to get in as it was around 3pm. Justin is my advisor, however as usual he was too busy and I was pawned off to the last advisor from the last visit. I wasn't impressed with him last time, he's slow and Justin had to get involved just to get me updated after beingthere 2hrs. Anyway, I ask him if someone could pull the fuse that powers the charger plug in the console as it stopped working and I was unsuccessful in pulling it out as it's a tight fit in the block. The advisor said he was unable to do that simple task for me, as that would intell a different appointment just to pull a fuse in the glove box. I have friends who use Hudson and all have noticed a change since management has changed some policies.... (NOT IMPRESSED) I have tire insurance not sure why I was charged 45.00 to plug a hole in the tread. I waited to see if the Advisor would explain the charge and he didn't dissapoint as he didn't, it was late so I wanted to leave asap. i am not impressed with him based on my last two visits. Justin is my advisor since day one, he's knowledgeable, thorough keeping his customers updated. More
