So far I'm impressed. I was looking for a used 370Z and had some specific requirements, took awhile but they found exactly what I wanted, in excellent condition and at the right price. He had answers for all the questions I asked, offered me water several times (it was hot outside), he went "to work for me" to help me get the monthly payments where I felt comfortable, he made sure I was satisfied with the car before I left and called 2 days later to make sure I was satisfied and he made sure I knew that if I ever had any questions to call him. He also gave me a tour of dealership and showed me exactly where to pull in to get my warrantied services. He was GREAT and he didn't rush me into making any decisions! I must say we were extremely pleased shopping at this dealership for a used car. I had gone to several other dealers before visiting Nissan and we were so disappointed in the salesperson. The other dealers were not very enthusiatic about selling a used vehicle. It was extremely hot the night we went (100)degrees and it seemed like no one wanted to be bothered selling a car that night. When going to Hudson Nissan we were first introduced to a woman from Customer Service as we were walking from our car. She said she would go inside and get us a salesperson. When the salesperson came out he introduced himself to as Mikey Lam, and he asked us what we were looking for in a used vehicle. He was so very pleasant to do business with. Considering the circumstances of the weather he took his time in showing us a few cars that were in our price range. He was also so kind as to go get us bottled water. Now that we all liked. He is so knowledgeable about cars we were all amazed. He knew about all the cars we looked at. You have a great salesman at Hudson Nissan and I would most defintely tell anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go see "Mikey Lam".
