Typical dealership experience they killed me with kindness when I came in to buy a car. Once I purchased it everything went downhill. First they sold me a car at a price that was not accurate. I was told that the car I was buying had all these functions that it didn't and/or these items were not working properly. That's same on me. I should have done my research. I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday. I was told that I would be able to pick it up on Monday because they had to do a 160 point inspection and detail it. Monday comes around and I didn't hear anything. Towards the end of the day I was called and told that they had a few more things to do and it would take them until noon on Tuesday. While this was taking place I was in the hospital for the birth of my child and they knew this. So my schedule was kind of tight. Noon Tuesday comes around and I don't hear anything. 2:00 PM comes around and finally my car is ready. So pick the car up and it still smells like a dog was in it so they didn't do a great job of detailing the car. Then after several days the breaks start squeeking and when I go over speed bumps the shocks would squeek as well. I then left several voicemails and emails. It took about a week for someone to contact me. When they finally contacted me they said that they could look at the car for me but it's probably not going to be covered under warranty. First I thought newly purchased cars are covered a few weeks after you purchase it. Second if they were committed to good customer service they would have looked at the car for me. I will never deal with this dealership again and would recommend that no one else deal with them. I would have rated them overall very bad, but the intial experiece, first hour of deciding whether to purchase the car or not, was good. More

Hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Clay, Pete, and Mike. All were super friendly and listened to what I had to say. I saw a used car online last night and sent for info, got a call first thing this morning and since I was in the area decided to stop by the dealership to check out the cars. Was met by Ryan Chavis, who sat and asked what my price range was and what kind of car was important to me. Afterwards we test drove 2 cars and I picked one that while was a little more than I wanted to spend, offered me a better warranty, more benefits and less out of pocket expenses in the long run. Ryan worked diligently with my mom and I to get the financing down to a payment that I could afford. It was probably one of the easiest business transactions I have ever completed in my life. Erik Kane, the finance guy, explained all the paperwork in detail, answered all of my questions and was NOT the typical staunch, overbearing money guy. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything or was I subliminally manipulated into add-ons or anything else that would have made this purchase impossible. Quite possibly some of the best customer service in Charleston. More
