I have taken my Nissan Quest to the service department for the last 15 months and will never go back. The customer service representatives are rude and very unwilling to wait on me when I brought my car for the last 15 months and will never go back. The customer service representatives are rude and very unwilling to wait on me when I brought my car in for scheduled appointments. The most recent appointment was the aboslute worst experience i have ever had at a Nissan dealership! I had pre-ordered a part for the service appointment after they had a run a diagnostic on my car and given me a quote. After my car had been in the shop for an hour, I was called by the customer service rep, "Lauren" who said I had ordered the wrong part nd my car would need an additional part and labor to fix my problem. I asked to speak with the service manager, he checked into the situation and found the correct part was already in the car from what I had ordered.. But, even though the original problem was fixed, he continued to try to find "other problems" to run up the bill. Very dissatisfied and do not recommend their service department. More
The worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The truck I bought had to have some work done I signed papers on a Thursday and it was a week before the truck was ready and 4 days later it was back The truck I bought had to have some work done I signed papers on a Thursday and it was a week before the truck was ready and 4 days later it was back at the dealership because the work was never finished and as I write this it is going on a second day at the shop. I was really pushed to sign papers but I never should have until the work was completed . I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I bough This is long, but I believe very important to read. This review is for my overall experience dealing with Hudson Nissan in North Charleston. I bought a brand new versa about two years ago. I felt my entire experience was "OK" when I was going through actually purchasing the vehicle. I did at some parts feel as if I was getting taken advantage of because I was not familiar with vehicles at the time. (Through the way I was spoken to, more or less like I was "dumb") This was my very first new car. The staff working was friendly, yet seemed to be a lot of confusion. However, That is not what this review is really for. I have recently had my car serviced at Hudson Nissan. While trying to make an appointment, I left about 3 voicemails which did not get returned. I had also called about 2 or 3 times a day for about 4 days until I could speak with someone and to make the appointment. Once I had arrived to my appointment, my service advisor did not introduce themself and asked for my name. After giving my name, they asked to bring my car into the garage. After driving my car in they asked for my keys. That was it. That was my interaction with my advisor. No estimated time, no suggestion on where I can wait, no introduction. I found the waiting room, and continued to wait for 1 1/2 hours , for an oil change. After no one came to get me and let me know my car had been serviced, I asked a very kind lady at the counter where I would pay for my service if my service had been complete. They asked who my advisor was.(No idea who my adivsor was) My car had been ready. I paid and asked if everything was alright with my car and looked good and was told it looked good and everything was in the "green". When I got home that night, looking at my receipt I realized there were two check marks in the "red" for my tires. I wasn't told anything about my tires. This was the second time I got my car serviced at Nissan in two years beacause I have had experiences like this. I know the employees work very hard at Nissan; however, I think that customer service skills could be improved. Not only in person customer service skills, but over the phone as well. More
unless you have perfect Credit or 5000.00 + down , Do not even attempt to shop here, we have been twice and been flat out turned down and not even wanting to talk to us to see if anything can be worked out. even attempt to shop here, we have been twice and been flat out turned down and not even wanting to talk to us to see if anything can be worked out. and it takes them up to two days before you get a call back..they rush you to get your SS # and then say stuff to you like, If I can make these numbers work for you will you buy the car today ??? leave you hanging then come back and tell you ...You need 5000.00 down because if your credit...WE then asked for a cheaper car and of course no call back !!!...This is why ppl buy USED cars...from 2nd and 3rd hand dealers cause the new car dealers have terrible customer service and cant help anyone out...But you better believe if you went up there with 5000 and a credit score of 7.0 or higher , you would be treated with royalty...Not all ppl that have low credit scores have not paid their bills, there are many other reason why this happens..Like health!!!! I will not shop here again ...I would rather pay a higer interest rate and be treat like a human than deal with Hudson Nissan Ever again!! More
Patrick went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Though I had only called and requested touch up paint for my '08 Nissan Altima, Patrick was extremely helpful and friendly. He ensured satisfaction. Though I had only called and requested touch up paint for my '08 Nissan Altima, Patrick was extremely helpful and friendly. He ensured I'd receive a call to advise my product had arrived which I did, not once, but twice. At the time I spoke to Patrick I was unaware he was in fact the Parts Manager, however I should have know given his overall energy and knowledge of the product. From this experience, I will be scheduling to have all future service needs performed at Hudson Nissan, as I was previously a customer of Morris Nissan where I was always treated poorly. Thanks to Patrick Rice I have found a local Nissan dealership that will always have my business going forward. More
The worst person I ever dealt with. I am wondering how he made to the position as "Sales Manager"? Not even qualified to be a salesman! I think I would have given this place a better rating if I would have gotten a better sales employee. Willie hasn't been there long and you can tell. First time I went there, we worked out a deal for $1000 I would have gotten a better sales employee. Willie hasn't been there long and you can tell. First time I went there, we worked out a deal for $1000 down, plus my crappy trade in with a co-signer. Came in the next day to fill out the paperwork and then added another $600 to the down payment needed. Whatever I suppose. Now I get a phone call the day I am supposed to come pick up the car from Willie saying that we have to do the process over again and resubmit the paperwork in the morning. The guy has terrible phone skills because I couldn't understand much more than the paperwork will be resubmitted in the morning. I told them that I work in the evening and if they could have everything done by the late morning. And still nothing. I am still waiting on them to call. I've been trying to buy a xxxx car from them for over a week now. David Hudson will be hearing from me. More

Great place to shop for a car! I was pleasantly surprised by the whole entire experience. Usually you spend hours going back and forth with dealers, but this place was just the opposite. Salemen surprised by the whole entire experience. Usually you spend hours going back and forth with dealers, but this place was just the opposite. Salemen are all very nice. The one in particular that I dealt with was Ron Hannon, who is very helpful, honest, and personable with me. He went out of his way to make everything right for us. I was hoping to get the vehicle within a payment range when he came back with an even lower monthly payment. I was very pleased and was able to get an extended warranty and gap insurance with the amount of money saved on the sale. I got a really fair trade in for my truck that I was at first hesitant to depart from. In the end, I walked away with a great experience and not feeling as though I got screwed somewhere in the deal (like my trade or the price of the vehicle). More

I loved the car and it was dependable but now that I have graduated from college and have started a career I felt it was time to purchase a new vehicle. I was interested in the Nissan JUKE and had done my research on the amenities and pricing of this specific vehicle. My mother was also present with me during the purchase of this vehicle. And if you are looking for a friendly car sales man at Hudson Nissan, please ask for Mikey Lam, he was a PLEASURE to work with and very helpful and accommodating (which sounds unbelievable seeing as car sales man usually have a reputation as the opposite) even after our experience discussing and negotiating on purchasing a vehicle at this dealership took a turn for the worse. Mikey was helping us originally and had a scheduled appointment with another customer and therefore proceeded to introduce us to our new sales man, Camillo (not sure of the correct spelling). Our new sales man was willing to listen to our propositions on the price of the vehicle we were interested in. However, the middle man Camillo was bringing our requests to, Jason Campbell, ruined the whole experience at Hudson Nissan for us. He entered the room with a smug facial expression and acted like our requests were ridiculous and we were ultimately wasting his time. He depicts every aspect of what people think of when they picture a car sales man. He was rude, sarcastic, and condescending to my mother and I. We were so frustrated with the way he was treating us that we got up and left, not wanting such a disrespectful man to earn our business. We then went to CREWS Chevrolet to look at vehicles on their lot. We were greeted by a nice woman on a golf cart with free water bottles due to the overwhelming heat of the day. And the sales man that approached us was also surprisingly very pleasant. The manager we also spoke with was willing to do what he could to help us and if I hadn't been so set on wanting the JUKE we probably and more happily would have purchased a vehicle from CREWS Chevrolet. But at the end of the day, unfortunately we went back to Hudson Nissan to purchase the JUKE, requesting to only work with Mikey Lam. The financial manager Pete Benton was also very pleasant and patient while working with us. If you use Hudson Nissan please avoid any communication with Jason Campbell, as he will make your experience buying a car there a negative one. More
