Won't honor Perforation warranty Seeing the turnover in the dept I will never take or buy another Nissan vehicle, or take my vehicle there for servicing. I took my 2014 Nissan in for Seeing the turnover in the dept I will never take or buy another Nissan vehicle, or take my vehicle there for servicing. I took my 2014 Nissan in for routine maintenance as well as a recall to have the airbag computer reset. when I was it was done I showed the service adviser Jacob the paint just peeling off the front of the truck. I asked him if this was a common occurrence and he said "no". It was supposed to be covered under the perforation and corrosion warranty. He also said he would show it to his boss. and they would take pictures so they could send them to whoever there were going to send them in corporate. I left then a month went by and I realized no call no email, nothing. So I called the dealer and they said that Jacob had left and they had no idea what I was talking about. One of the girls I was speaking with told me to call Nissan Consumer Affairs, so I did. A guy named Brian called me very soon after that and I explained the situation to him. He said he would contact the dealer and get back to me. When he called back he said my story checked out and that Jacob didn't work there anymore and I should call Jason Miller. So I did "THREE" times and was told he was busy and they would take a message and give it to him. Well A week and no call. So I called Brian back and left a voicemail. A few days go by and I get a call from an Adam from consumer affairs, And that Brian was no longer there. So here I am back at square one. I am fed up with this dealer. Had problems in the past and now this! I have told everyone I know and they won't ever go there. So I hope the word get around and they clean up their act. I will never go there again! More

I'm a tough customer and went armed with my own research a I had an excellent experience with Hudson Nissan from the moment I walked through the door. I'm a tough customer and went armed with my own research about the 5 different vehicles I was interested in. I've owned two Nissan Sentras, each for 11 years, and have been very happy them - but was looking to move to a crossover SUV. I visited and did test drives with 4 different dealerships in North Charleston and Hudson Nissan won my business - they had a vehicle with the options I wanted, at the price I was looking for, and great customer service. Salesperson Mikey Lam was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. He stayed in contact but was not aggressive (like some other dealerships) and he didn't pressure me at all, and neither did Mitch, the Sales Manager. I'm very pleased with my experience, and so far, with my new Nissan Rogue. More

Ron Hannon is the guy to see at Hudson At the time of this writing, I am not in the market for a new vehicle. I followed an offer and had some free time. I was up front with Ron on this. Even though he was reasonably sure that he wouldn't sell me anything that day, Ron was upbeat and non aggressive. The Rogue asked to see was up front and parked out of the downpour. He was very thorough in identifying the features, answering questions. Etc. The one time he didn't know an answer immediately, he told me as much and had the answer almost immediately upon our return to the dealership. Sure, he asked the questions you'd expect from a salesman but he never made me uncomfortable. When I am ready, you can rest assured that Ron Hannon will be at the top of my call list. More

My husband purchased a car from Hudson Nissan through Mikey Lam months ago, where I'd had my eye on a Rogue Crossover SUV, in which I ended up test driving. I liked it so much that each time I saw a Rogue on a TV commercial or on the road, I proclaimed that "I'm getting a Rogue." Well, on August 10th, I got my Rogue, thanks to Mikey Lam! Mikey was thorough and sincere and made sure that I was completely satisfied before driving off the lot. The Best car-buying experience ever! Hudson Nissan and Mikey Lam definitely get 5 Stars in my opinion and they both come highly recommended! More
