Best dealership hands down. Chris the sales man and Chris the financial manager both went out of the way to help us. This is going to be a long review but everyone needs to know what the practice is for people who buy from this dealership. So the experience started off lovely I give them customer service was great when t know what the practice is for people who buy from this dealership. So the experience started off lovely I give them customer service was great when they wanted money. So after I was approved for my car a Hyundai Tucson everything seemed ok. I test drove the car I let them know that the tire was flat when they pulled it around for the test drive and I was told ok We are going to take care of it. So I said replace it correct the answer was yes ma’am. Ok drive off the next two days paperwork signed assured all maintenance was done. So I get a low pressure warming and a maintenance warning a mere two days after having the car. So I make an appointment I’m told before even coming oh they must have forgotten to reset the maintenance ticker and the tire must be cold shocked im like no this is the same tire that was flat it needs to be replaced. So I get there and I’m told they will repair but won’t replace so I’m instantly upset bc this shouldn’t be happening and I just got this vehicle. So they repair the tire tell me the maintenance was already done. Fast forward to April 11th I get my oil changed not at the dealership but it was changed. Fast forward again to two weeks ago I start noticing that the car is not accelerating as it should. So I make an appointment and drove it there for the appointment didn’t drive anywhere else but the dealership. So they are going over everything me either paying the diagnostic fee or the repair cost not both ok so I leave my car. This was a Saturday on that following Tuesday im called by an advisor named Patrick and I am told that the car needs a new engine and it would be 14000 dollars as if I’ve had this car for years. Mind you I purchase it the end of February literally the end of February. So I’m told to pay that or pay the 179 for the diagnostic fee. So as I’m sitting in my home in disbelief I decided to google my car and low and behold there is a recall on the engine where the campaign is to prevent the exact thing that happened to my vehicle from happening and the safety recall is for the exact thing that happened to my vehicle. Now mind you I know there is nothing that states a dealership can’t sell a used car with a recall on it but wow they had this car sitting on their lot for months with an open recall didn’t get it serviced sold it to me and still didn’t have the human decency to say there is a recall on it. I don’t know what a 120 point inspection covers but clearly they dropped the ball on this one. I definitely will never ever do business with these people again. From the salesman Mickey to Casey the finance manager all the way to Patrick the service technician. And that’s only because of the way things are being handled never an apology still after all of this they have yet to say well Ma’am there is a recall on this vehicle you should take it to Hyundai for maintenance it was pay us to tell you we sold you a janky vehicle. They have a way to tell your car needs an alignment but no way to know there is a recall. I don’t buy it. Beware this place seriously. More

Easiest car buying experience I've ever experienced. I worked with Mikey Lam to purchase a 2013 Nissan Leaf and the process was as simple as could be. I'm in Charlotte and we conducted the entire tran I worked with Mikey Lam to purchase a 2013 Nissan Leaf and the process was as simple as could be. I'm in Charlotte and we conducted the entire transaction via email and text and they even delivered the car to my front door. He added more money to my payment even though it was included in the price per the salesman and he lied repetitively about it being included. In the end it ended up being much more expensive than the price promised. His speech was of someone that wants to lie to the customer to get more money out of them. I felt he took advantage because I was on a rush. I am a very faithful person and you would have bought me for good if your first sale to me would have been perfect. The lies would be the reason why I will not return or recommend the place. Edit: I called several times and left voice messages, as well as emailed the loyalty manager Ms. Ashley Morris and had no response. Talked again with Mr. DeLuca, my salesman that was helpful up to his capacity. Later phoned one of the finance officers that said he was going to email me my paperwork and mail the originals and still after three months of purchasing the vehicle I have not received ANY paperwork whatsoever. Terrible terrible terrible service!!!! Second edit: After contacting the manager several times was able to get a copy of the paperwork. Now, I keep having issues with my vehicle. One of the doors rattle and the dealership has not been able to fix it. The itemization list for the DMV was done poorly, they are not charging me more taxes and now the financing officer does not want to fix it. And worst of all they lied to me to sent me an $900 prepaid service optional package that I can only use at their dealership. I have never been treated so badly in a dealership in my life! More
