Unsatisfied Customer I filled out a credit app online for a vehicle several weeks ago for a vehicle I immediately found out had been sold. I was told by Mitch the sales ma I filled out a credit app online for a vehicle several weeks ago for a vehicle I immediately found out had been sold. I was told by Mitch the sales manager that he would instruct Frank the business manager not to run the credit app so it would not impact my credit. I recently called and simply inquired about the new car specials. At no time did I give them permission to run my credit or commit to purchasing a vehicle. I received an alert on my phone that they had run my credit without my permission. When I called about this I was told by the sales rep Jorell that it didn't matter since my credit was so good. That wasn't the point! They did not have my permission to do this! To run my credit after verbally assuring me they wouldn't, plus having the attitude they did that it didn't matter speaks volumes about how this dealership does business. Clearly their word means nothing and they could not care less how their actions affect people. Incident has been reported to Better Business Bureau, Department of Consumer Affairs and Equifax. Dealership replied acknowledging running my credit but leaving out that they had verbally assured me they would not. Equifax stated the dealership had the ability to rescind the credit pull. Clearly they have elected not to do so. If you value honesty and integrity, stay away from this dealership!! More
