Service here has been great. Not only was my service done quickly, it ended up being something minimal which they quickly fixed for a fraction of what I was afraid it might end Not only was my service done quickly, it ended up being something minimal which they quickly fixed for a fraction of what I was afraid it might end up costing. Having a Lyft give me a free ride to/from was a nice touch and help ease the sting of that diagnostic fee. Will definitely be back for future service. More

My car is worse than the way I left it. I don't think they diagnosed the actual issue and just took my suggestion of what was wrong and charged me for it. When the service advisor said, "yo I don't think they diagnosed the actual issue and just took my suggestion of what was wrong and charged me for it. When the service advisor said, "you may still hear that noise" , I immediately knew my car wasn't fixed. I drove the car a couple of days to be sure I wasn't overreacting and my car is louder than I remember. After spending thousands of dollars, the last thing you want is to feel as if you've been scammed. This reminded why I stopped coming here. Horrible. More
