Rand responded

Hudson Nissan should terminate their relationship with Lyft. A lift ride was ordered to get me back to the dealership so I could pickup my vehicle. Lyft was a no show and now I will be late for work tomorrow since I was unable to get my vehicle tonight. Lyft service also has absolutely no way to register an issue to get it resolved and no way to even complain. They were more than happy to try to sign me up for $46.00 a month.
