After completing the services I came there for, I notice my rearview mirror had been broken and sat back in place. I brought it to my advisors attention & he called the manager to take a look. They said the my rearview mirror had been broken and sat back in place. I brought it to my advisors attention & he called the manager to take a look. They said they would order the part to fix it. I got a call a couple days later that the part was in & they set an appointment for me to come in. Dropped my vehicle off that day, they called said it was ready a few hrs later. Got there to pick up my car after they called and said that it was ready and the mirror was not attached, nothing was done. Found out there was another “part” that did not come in. I had to follow back up the following week to see if the part came in and book another appointment. The mirror was fixed that day. Here it is the next week, as im driving down the road all the oil in my car starts pouring out like water. My car is smoking & I had to pull over immediately. I’m assuming the cap or plug, whatever it is that stops the oil from coming out clearly wasn’t put back on correctly. So I will be getting my car towed to the dealership today for this situation to be rectify. This will be my forth trip to the dealership in the past 4 weeks!! I am not satisfied!! More
The dealership sent me a letter asking me to come in to trade in my car. When I went in to trade in my car, not only did they offer me well below Kelley Blue Book for my car, when I agreed to look at some trade in my car. When I went in to trade in my car, not only did they offer me well below Kelley Blue Book for my car, when I agreed to look at some other used cars that would’ve fit more into my range, they continually offered me rates well above what I’ve already been prequalified for online, tried to sell me the car that I didn’t ask for, and then when I asked to test drive one of the cars that they have listed on capitol ones car navigator, they told me that “wasn’t ready yet “and then tried to pressure me into signing to buy the car before I even seen it or test driven it. I did give them the opportunity to call me back when the car, never heard back. When the manager came out to continue to try to pressure me, I told him that I was not interested in putting money down for a car that I hadn’t even seen yet. He continued to try to push me to put down a deposit for the car “in case it sold”. I let him know that if the car sold before someone had seen it or test driven it then he should probably win an award and the person who bought it have his IQ checked. I would steer well clear of the dealership. More
