Patrick was helpful, quick, and efficient in helping me, getting me shuttle to get home and keeping in contact regarding my pathfinder. I booked an alignment appointment online for a 4:45pm time slot. Traffic was flowing so I arrived early around 3:50pm. I was greeted by Melinda, whom I’ve chatted with before, and she both remembered me time slot. Traffic was flowing so I arrived early around 3:50pm. I was greeted by Melinda, whom I’ve chatted with before, and she both remembered me and our conversation from months ago. This time was no different, she was super quick and very friendly. Melinda made three attempts on the walkie to have someone come outside to check me in, but no one came. The walkie was working. We continued chatting as service folks continued to walk in and out of the doors, but no one came over. We eventually walked inside, I was the only customer waiting outside the entire time, and I connected with a great service guy, but now I was past my scheduled time. We got things squared away and I went to have a seat. Not having made it to a chair yet before a conversation around the corner took place between a gruff sounding individual and Melinda. I was asked to share how many attempts were made via the walkie to connect with a service individual and I said three times, but it was VERY clear the gentleman with black glasses that sat directly center when you walked in, darker hair, red shirt and black shorts, didn’t care, had some chip on his shoulder and responded to me something similar to “ok, sure, you’ll be taken care of, it’s done.” I’ve always had a sound experience with every person I’ve ever interacted with at this location, but I can tell you this, this interaction with this individual was not the best and it could be seen and felt by both customers and staff. Maybe he was having an off day, but from my interaction and the vibes from several other staff, I’m not too keen to think it’s a one time thing. I’ll continue to come to this location and recommend y’all’s services, but felt this should be shared and noted. Thanks. -Michael More
