The buying process of my new car was great! Mike made it very smooth and pretty quick (this is my family's 9th car we have purchased with him). I am very happy with my car, but I was a little upset with the trade in total for my 2021 kicks and I found out the car doesn't come with a jack or spare tire after I left the lot. Nobody was aware of that new feature though, they did only have the car a day before I bought it. All in all it was a quick and easy process. More
